[outages] General slowness, TCP re-transmissions on multiple ISPs in Thailand accessing servers/content/apps in North America.

It's been happening on and off for ~12 hours, now. Seems to be getting worse later in the day (heavier usage, probably). Anyone know anything about another trans-Pacific cable cut or suchlike? ----------------------------------- Roland Dobbins <rdobbins@arbor.net>
