
Latest update from FL NOC at 1:08pm: OSP crew is onsite. Exact location of issue not yet found. They are working on restoring service via connecting over other fiber facilities and then finding and repairing the issue. No exact ETR, but they are hoping for less than 2 more hours, or 3pm. FirstLight has a fiber cut between Nashua, NH & Boston, MA. Affecting many customers (including me) and some of their own backbone circuits.
Cut happened at approximately 5:49am Eastern time.
First OTDR tech will be onsite to find break by 8am, then fiber splice/restoration contractors will roll out.
