[outages] random gmail bounce issues ?

Anyone else getting random bounce back issues with gmail accounts ? Was getting about 10% bounce backs on our test email that we send to from the outside.  The gmail twitter feed seems to have other users around the world chiming in too and https://downdetector.ca/status/gmail/ has a big spike << 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.
