[outages] burma hijacks twitter

i am amused that this list has not mentioned that burma, aka myanmar, hijacked twitter some hours back. a la pakistan and youtube back when. but this time, it only seems to have affected se asia. this is really really good news, as it means major intercontinentals did not accept the hijack. and it was not origin validation, as there is no roa for the prefix which was hijacked. randy
