Looks like a Comcast Interconnect issue. Out of Chicago, seeing Outages to a Comcast circuit in Atlantic City via Telia (at a Chicago handoff), but Fine to Dekalb, Il, via Global crossing, and Northern Indiana via savvis. On 5/16/2013 5:23 PM, Michael Peterman wrote:
