Have a PRI from Level 3 (Was legacy TW Telecom) located in Melbourne Florida, All outbound calls to Local ATT Landline numbers fail with "All Circuits Are busy Now". Calls to other carriers appear to complete normally. Opened ticket with Level 3. They advised there was a "Fiber Cut" in the area causing this outage. Heads up for anyone down in this area!
