[outages] Memphis - Nashville XO Transport down?

      Good evening gents,

Anyone heard tidbits about a fiber cut/equipment failure around the
Memphis/Nashville area with XO? We have a client site in Memphis without
connectivity for the past 5 hours and XO is being amazingly not helpful
with details. :( They just told us that a transport link failed but the ETA
with replacing a line card and 3KM of fibers is bit different.
