Good Afternoon, T-Mobile seems to be suffering issues with voice, data and SMS messages. Several customers are unable to get inbound phone calls, SMS messages and outbound calls seem to fail in several cases. Impacted customers are also reporting that there are issues with data causing the LTE signal to fail over to HSPA+ or 3G. The issue seems to impact multiple cities throughout the country. I first noticed the issue at 6:05 PM EST when placing an outbound call, I spent about 5 minutes troubleshooting before I called into T-Mobile. The representative initially was unaware of any issues but while on the call, the news broke and she confirmed that the outage is being worked. Furthermore, T-Mobile's Twitter Account exploded with reports and Down Detector also spiked with reports harvested from Social Media.
