This is Network wide and currently being worked on, unfortunately at this point we do not have an ETA. Do you have access to Q-control? An individual ticket can be opened thru Q-control. I don’t have all the details—BUT Qwest has a major outage that is affecting LD calls in North Carolina and maybe more..
