What does that mean? You and your tech support are taking issue with TWC and Akamai?
If you are having some type of trouble and expecting some help, providing details of where you are, what type of connectivity and who you are connected to and what services you are experiencing trouble with is imperative. Your message provides none of those. Traceroutes, MTRs, or other relevant details are highly encouraged.
