We are seeing some major packet loss through both Level3 and Cogent. Ultimate destination is AS36354 (SherWeb, Inc.) and traffic is https to 199.244.76.149 and 199.244.76.151. ICMP and TCP pings work fine, just packet loss. SherWeb is saying this is upstream on status pages and it seems like their only peer is Fibernoire with a backup only to Allstream (AS15290).
