Confirmed - we're seeing issues in Austin (AT&T) and Houston (AT&T), from those locations we're seeing the inability to hit Cisco Umbrella (208.67.220.220) and out to NTT/Lumen. just checking to see if anyone else is seeing this got sites in Midland Texas (ATT) Fort Worth, Texas (ATT) Snyder, Texas (ATT) all connect back to lumen circuit at a data center experiencing packet loss on IPSec tunnels between all of them. status monitor on the sites show good connectivity out to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1.
