On Verizon FiOS here, and it is failing. Google's DNS seems to resolve it fine, and my Verizon wireless phone seems to have no trouble accessing it via the app or the mobile web page. There are quite a number of folks on Twitter noting that Facebook is unreachable for them as well. http://developers.facebook.com/live_status also shows a large sudden and atypical drop-off ("Improvement") in Average API response time commencing approx 2:30pm (TZ unknown).
