[outages] Twitter service degradation

It looks like Twitter has started having issues with retaining sessions (people getting logged out) / authenticating users (can't login). Down For Everyone shows that it might've started about an hour ago. I had a brief popup tell me Twitter was over capacity, so...I guess it's falling apart now? - Musee
