[outages] CenturyLink Washington

CenturyLink is experiencing a significant Ethernet outage since approximately 0100 PST today. Several of my circuits are affected. No ETA, master ticket #5660434. I understand it's a hardware issue in Gig Harbor WA Cheers -Chris
