[outages] Hangouts Chrome Extension

Google Hangouts Chrome Extension appears to be down. Mobile works, and integrated from Gmail is up. Nothing yet at http://www.google.com/appsstatus#hl=en&v=status I am experiencing this, and am getting reports from users around the state. Thanks, -- - Anthony Hook
