It appears as if many (most?) MTAs were, at times, unable to register with the call managers. SIP trunks and PRI services (delivered via SIP) seem to be unaffected. We are hearing from multiple Charter cable customers in California that their Charter Voice service is not working at all. A sub-set of those customers also report no internet as well.
