[outages] Telepacific outage for voice services

Seems that all of Telepacifics Voice network (at least PRI/Supertrunk) is down throughout the LA area and has been for about 1.5 hours. TPAC not answering the phones. We have over 20 customers reporting out of service from Ontario to Newport Beach to Pasadena. Ralph
