Starting at 00:36 UTC 2016-05-26, we started seeing 50-60% packet loss between our Chicago Datacenter and servers at OVH in the BHS, Beauharnois, QC Canada datacenter.
This is ongoing for the last 1.5 hours.

The IP space for each additional hop past Level3 is OVH IP Space. Not sure if they own the network from Chi to BHS, but it is hurting.
