[outages] Flooding in Central Texas along the Llano and Colorado rivers

Folks, Just a heads up—Heavy rains falling on saturated ground have caused some flooding along the Llano river, and some sections of the Colorado river may soon see high water as the water from the Llano heads into the Colorado.
