We lost all inbound and outbound on our ATT sip. A call to the bvoip line states a network event has occurred and there bare unusually high call volumes. Anyone have any information on this? I am in South Georgia with a SIP here as well as in Atlanta as well that doesn't work in either area. Joe On Thu, Mar 30, 2017 at 3:37 PM, Erik Sundberg via Outages < outages@outages.org> wrote:
Anyone else seeing issues with Google DNS (8.8.8.8) in the Atlanta Market? We have customer’s calling in reporting slow or timing out DNS requests. Yes I know this is DNS anycast and have narrowed it down only to the Atlanta Market for traffic going over the Atlant Telx Internet Exchange.
Popular websites that are cached like google, amazon, and yahoo seem fine.
