Not sure but we're getting some alerts from our ThousandEyes Monitoring System that our some of our network prefixes in Ashburn VA are unreachable from certain areas such as Washington DC, Stockton CA, etc.
We had similar, but also for an agent coming from Amsterdam. Some loss along with path changes. The common point in there was 1299 (Telia). -- Hugo
