Reliance just gave us an update saying the issue was caused by a broadcast storm. This issue impacted all Philadelphia area customers. The issue has been resolved with a RCA under way. On Monday, January 17, 2011, Chris Burwell <cburwell@gmail.com> wrote:
We are having issues with our reliance ring connections outside of Philafelphia. Reliance NOC has confirmed alarms in the area.
This issue seems to be impacting both sides of the ring from our perspective.
