I was just poking around Wikipedia, looking at the TAT-14 page from that nice cable map someone just posted, and I found myself wandering onto pages about underwater *power* distribution cable runs. And that leads me, since I myself pay attention to the Grid, to wonder: Is that, as are so many things, Just Me?
