Down for users since about 10:30EDT, widespread complaints throughout service area on Downdetector's disqus page. Interesting .. can log in, check mail, etc via world-facing ports (such as via Vz wireless to armstrongmywire.com) but cable infrastructure is down. TV seems ok. Support phone lines apparently overwhelmed. Allen Kitchen, Butler PA
