There seems to be similar issues in Ashburn as well. These are the only 123Net peering points. https://www.peeringdb.com/private/participant_view.php?id=3899 From: James Cornman <james@atlanticmetro.net<mailto:james@atlanticmetro.net>> Date: Friday, October 17, 2014 at 4:07 PM To: Nicholas Schmidt <nschmidt@mediamath.com<mailto:nschmidt@mediamath.com>> Cc: "outages@outages.org<mailto:outages@outages.org>" <outages@outages.org<mailto:outages@outages.org>> Subject: Re: [outages] Equinix Chicago exchange I tracked it down to an offending device belonging to 123.net<http://123.net>. Hi, There was a MRV Optiswitch failure (pause of BPDUs) in the network that created this storm. The failed node has been isolated. I apologize for the inconvenience. -- Ryan Duda 123.net 24700 Northwestern Hwy.
