Looks like a fiber cut according to Level3, From an updated dated 16 July 19:00 GMT, "The field technician arrived onsite and confirmed a fiber cut caused by construction has cut multiple fibers. Mutliple construction crews have been engaged and are en route to the cut location. No ETA of the construction crews were provided." -- Devon
We lost our Lightcore/Century Link circuit to 56 Marietta at the same time. CL tech mentioned 9p Eastern as ETR but the bridge said no ETR at this time.
