Anyone seeing any problems with XO transport in DC? We had a bunch of XO EoC circuits become unreachable, both through direct with XO and another provider who utilizes XO transport between COs. -evt

Not sure if it's related but we're currently having problems with 2 internet connections from 2 different providers. Both of who use XO. That's in the SF Bay Area.
