As per our provider:
Please note that APCN2 Seg 1 is down since 7:46UTC, 13th Feb 2017. There is suspected subsea cable cut between Katong-Kuantan. APCN2 NOC is checking further to localize the exact point of fault.
Unfortunately, we don't have any ETR for the repair yet. As this is a subsea fault, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for repair depending upon cable ship availability, International waters' permit, maritime permissions and sea/weather conditions.
