Last night (5/19/2011) we saw an issue with our VPLS connection between two of our buildings. The outage lasted roughly 15 minutes (measured by OSPF states).

Reliance states the cause was a broadcast storm. We also experienced an issue 3-4 months back where the same root-cause was given.

Did anyone else see issues in the area? Does anyone have further information on what is causing these storms?
