I've not seen any tickets from our ops regarding anything significant since the LINX maintenance overnight.

I am seeing similar issues to two sites in the UK, one of which is bbc.co.uk. The other is speedwellweather.com. Traceroutes work fine, but packet captures show a lot of TCP retransmissions, duplicate ACKs, and sessions just end up resetting. -evt
