It looks like Bandwidth.com is having another voice outage. Our outbound phone calls go to their system, and appear connected from our side, but Bandwidth.com side wont ring for about 2-5 minutes. Seemingly getting connected at Bandwidth.com but not making a successful dial tone to any POTS providers. Multiple sites seem to be having this problem. The Bandwidth.com call center is offline as well, getting either a disconnected message, or the number simply will not ring (from cellphones and landlines) -- Brent Jones brent@servuhome.net

Not noticing any issues here in Denver sending calls to the Denver and Atlanta servers in a round robin. No customer complaints either - yet.... Chris

We're seeing issues with them in Indiana (SIP Trunking). I saw issues earlier this week when I was doing traceroutes to their NYC wholesale and DFW wholesale switches. I was going via XO and seeing lots of packetloss. I moved the outbound traffic to a provider that got to them via Cogent and things cleared up instantly. ~Jared Geiger On Tue, Nov 8, 2011 at 8:29 PM, Brooks Bridges <bbridges@ifbyphone.com>wrote:

Greetings, Did anyone notice a 2-5 min minor hit on Level 3 or other carriers around 10:15-10:25? We saw two spikes in bgp updates coming from Level 3 and lost monitoring momentarily. Doesn't seem to have impacted much, but I was curious if anyone saw anything. Thanks, Preston From: outages-bounces@outages.org [mailto:outages-bounces@outages.org] On Behalf Of R.
