Complaining Customers is your network monitoring solution?!? A better solution might be: "Compared to the traffic the last 3 Mondays to lata 132 TNs, our inbound DID traffic today is currently within (+/-) 10% of recent historic levels over the last 3 hours." Raise the Bar, people.
