We’re seeing this as well. Averaging 25% loss and 315ms RTT on a VPN tunnel between Pittsburgh and Fort Lauderdale. Entire path on TWTelecom (Level 3). Also had a site in Tampa on Brighthouse go down for about 10 minutes around 1530 EDT.
