One of my clients just contacted me regarding things being broken with their network.  Digging a little it looks like it might be an issue with Verizon FiOS business class. This started around 11:36AM (Eastern US time) but I don't have any additional data on it, if anyone has anything relevant regarding this (official outage announcements or similar behavior) please let me know (offlist is OK).
