Level3 between Atlanta and Las Vegas

We lost a Level3 10G wave between Atlanta and Las Vegas around 21:32 UTC. Atlanta side still had light, but Vegas dropped RX light. Seems like it might be something a bit wider as Level3's response was:

Investigations were underway and a remote reboot was successful and services restored. Services are currently being monitored for stability. This service impact has concluded. Due to the nature of this outage, it may be necessary to reset your services locally at your equipment. If after that action has been performed a service issue prevails, please contact the TSC for troubleshooting assistance.
