Packet loss - Washington Level 3 - 4.2.2.2

Anyone else seeing this? Been like this since ~noon November 1 for me. 4.2.2.2 is anycasted so if you're seeing anything it's very region specific. Mine goes to San Jose and is fine. ~Seth
