Lots of customers complaining about packet loss and congestion reaching us Traceroutes show issues at ATT pass off. I believe the issues are either with Level3 or with Level3/Frontier. We've been working with their NOC but haven't seen resolution yet. We've seen this issue previously with LAG instability / physical fiber circuit connection issues on their interconnects with Level3....
