We saw the majority of our traffic transition away from them. Looks like there is some legitimate issue on their side. We are directly connected to Intelepeer but already had them out of routing for other reasons so I can't directly correlate. According to their most recent update, they believe they restored at 2120 GMT and were down approximately one hour.
