We've had a new EVPL order (that frankly should have been completed months ago) with Frontier in Illinois that has been frozen since at least Wednesday due to a major outage. Per our project management at Frontier, a VP froze all provisioning related work until the outage was resolved. Almost a week later and we're still frozen due to this outage. Seems a bit ridiculous.
