Just because you are seeing "host unreachable" doesn't mean that the content *behind* it won't be served. Someone is doing some filtering on their router/firewall - pretty common stuff. Fair enough... I can see the same thing from here as well but not having any issues reaching the site - is this kind of "outage" acceptable to this list? --As for the rest, it is mine. Just that a 50% loss rate and a *4 second* ping time aren't considered 'normal' for most networks. ;) (And are usually a sign of something seriously wrong someplace...)
