Broadband Issues - Philadelphia and New Jersey

Is anyone experiencing intermittent broadband (Cable or FiOS) outages with their users that remote access into your companies from home in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area's? We had similar, but also for an agent coming from Amsterdam. Some loss along with path changes. The common point in there was 1299 (Telia). -- Hugo
