Interoute are having a major issue in London - we're seeing it affect several circuits from them. I believe they have multiple master tickets open (one for each team), but one is 1-500518083. An engineer should have arrived on site approximately an hour ago. Their call centre is *very* busy - been in a queue for about 25 minutes now trying to get an update.
