Our on-net tools don't indicate a problem within the network, but I've seen a couple of traceroutes that indicate a problem on Level 3, which certainly would affect us. We're trying to nail this down. Any traceroutes you have would be helpful. On Mon, Nov 6, 2017 at 11:35 AM, Brian R. Watters via Outages < outages@outages.org> wrote:

We just got a notification from Bluejeans warning of degraded service for Comcast customers due to "issues comcast is having in several regions". So, sounds like it's a known thing. Can probably direct the "me toos" to the discussion list/trash? They don't really add much more to the thread except notifications on our devices :) On Nov 6, 2017 13:36, "Guillermo via Outages" <outages@outages.org> wrote:

It's looking like a problem with Level 3, which would affect us (Comcast). The "me too" emails aren't that helpful, but traceroutes would be very helpful! So far, every trace/mtr showing a problem is showing loss within Level 3 and I've heard three reports of "some problem" within Level 3. Whatever is going on is pretty major, but we don't have much good data yet. On Mon, Nov 6, 2017 at 11:39 AM, Neil Hanlon via Outages < outages@outages.org> wrote:

Any of y'all got MTRs? Word on the grapevine from a friend in Sweden is that it's a Level3 issue. My home connection with Bell Canada is affected but only seeing packet loss on Level3 paths. -- Sadiq Saif https://sadiqsaif.com

Not sure if this is all related or not but... There has been a wide-spread power outage in the Denver Met area we have been dealing with since about 00:30 this morning. It is sure causing TONS of issues around here. On Mon, Nov 6, 2017 at 11:23 AM, Audrius Peciukas via Outages < outages@outages.org> wrote:
