Is anybody seeing poor speeds in LA for spectrum enterprise/fiber ? Seeing gigabit connection with full download speeds but only 10% uploads, can achieve greater speeds between buildings, closer to 300 megs when running speedtests between gigabit/500Meg buildings. It appears that the route to the internet seems slow and I have also tested to a 10G spectrum peer in the datacenter, speeds are still slow. thanks
