Cogent - Latency/Packet Loss out of SFO
Good morning, Anyone else seeing gnarly (50%+) packet loss through Cogent in the Bay Area?? Looks like it's been coming & going for the last hour. Looks like in the last 5 minutes things have stabilized. -Robert

Further info from Cogent: Cogent reports this was caused due to a NTP amplification attack on another customer. The issue came back at around 9:15AM PST for about 10 minutes, and again at 9:35PM PST for about 5 minutes.
