Comcast outage in Northern CA

Looks like a fire took out part of Comcast's infrastructure in Fresno, CA, causing connectivity issues to customers in central/northern California. A few users I've talked to in the northern half of the state don't seem to be having issues, so I guess it's hit-and-miss. http://sanfrancisco.cbslocal.com/2015/11/18/electrical-fire-causes-comcast-o...

This is limited to customers connected to one particular head end in Fresno. Everyone else should be fine. John On Wed, Nov 18, 2015 at 3:24 PM, John Kinsella via Outages <outages@outages.org> wrote:

I've got sites on the Fresno, Stockton, and Bay Area CRANs that *aren't* affected. ../C On Wed, Nov 18, 2015 at 2:32 PM, chris via Outages <outages@outages.org> wrote:

Keep in mind that a single head end serves thousands of customers, so it's going to be a broad impact. This is only affecting our Fresno head end. John On Wed, Nov 18, 2015 at 3:32 PM, chris <tknchris@gmail.com> wrote:

FWIW, two of my customers in San Francisco lost Comcast voice service for ~4 hours today. Comcast business customer support attributed the voice outage to the Fresno issue. My customers' internet connectivity was unaffected.
