And my reason for posting is that if is a Level3 peering issue with Twitter, the problem may be more widespread than just Uverse customers in the SF Bay Area. Other destinations reached via Level3 from Uverse seem to be ok.

Anyone else seeing this? Packet loss is so high the web page won't even load. Other destinations seem to be just fine. Looks like Uverse reaches Twitter via Level3 who apparently peers with Twitter at what looks like 11 Great Oaks. Problem was getting progressively worse all morning until about an hour ago. Not sure if the problem is with Uverse or Level3 in San Jose.
