We saw high PL to Ashburn. We dropped our peers and connections to route servers @ DE-CIX. *Something* just happened with a significant impact. I have customers in two markets who sent traceroutes showing breakage on AS3356 backbone. Whatever it was resolved before I could shift traffic to other providers and try workarounds. I can't rule out a return path on HE for one of them.
