I'm seeing reports from my broadcast radio interests that the iPAWS CAP feeds from FEMA which supply emergency alert info are flapping this afternoon, all over the world. Well okay, conus plus territories. :-) Probably two dozen stations reporting so far, many of them have seen more than one flap. More when I know more.<tm> Cheers, -- jra -- Sent from my Android device with K-9 Mail. Please excuse my brevity.

They’re probably accidentally kicking the power cord on the antiquated IPAWs 8086 server running under one of the DHS’s workers’ desks… -Mike

We were seeing the same on our ENDEC here. Seems to have stabilized around 1:49PM EDT.
